Write before you move anything
You can create an account yourself in two minutes without asking anybody. This form is for everything before that: whether it fits your practice, whether your patients can be pulled out of whatever you use today, and exactly what a patient sees.
What people write about
"Can I bring my patients across from my system?"
Usually yes, if it will export a list to CSV. Tell me what you use - I will check and write back about whether it works before you try it.
"Will this replace my medical records?"
No, and it never will. That is a different regulatory class and a different product. Appointomat sits beside your records system rather than instead of it.
"I have more than one practitioner"
The clinic plan covers up to four. Above that, write - I do not have a price for a larger practice yet, and I would rather set it with somebody who runs one than invent it.
