For physiotherapy
For a practice whose problem is not a shortage of patients
This product is being built alongside a single-practitioner physiotherapy practice with a full schedule, and it is shaped to that kind of week: courses of visits rather than one-offs, more people wanting hours than there are hours, and some of those hours that have to stay unpublished.
The second tool
You already have a records system. This is not its competitor
Keeping medical documentation electronically is an obligation rather than a choice, and it binds every physiotherapist providing care. So every practice already runs some system, and most of those systems have some kind of calendar. Pretending otherwise would be selling you something you already have.
Appointomat does not keep records and will not: no visit notes, no diagnoses, no description of treatment. That is a different regulatory class and a boundary drawn deliberately. You stay with your own system and move only the calendar here - and so the two calendars do not book you twice into the same hour, Appointomat reads busy time from the other one.
Four things that look different in physiotherapy
A patient comes in a course, not once
Ten weekly visits at the same time is not the same thing as ten different patients. The patient record shows that person's visit history, and you book the next appointment from inside it rather than searching for them a second time.
Some hours have to stay unsold
A patient mid-treatment who has to be fitted in matters more than somebody new off the internet. That is why visibility is set for a block of hours rather than for a whole day - mornings can stay yours while anyone with the link books the afternoons.
The waiting list exists and it is long
In a practice with a full schedule a cancelled hour is not a loss, it is a phone call nobody made. The system asks people down the list by itself, in order and with a deadline, instead of waiting until you find time for it in the evening.
A no-show costs an hour, not stock
The no-show counter sits on the patient and you see it when you are booking their next visit. For now it is only a counter - a hold on a card is still being built and is described on the home page, among the features marked as not working yet.
Honestly
When this is not for you
If you fit inside forty visits a month
Medfile's free plan covers documentation, online booking and ten text messages, and it is cheaper than our paid one. At that scale it is the better choice than this.
If you are looking for new patients
You will not find them here. There is no directory and no ranking and nobody sends traffic your way - Booksy and ZnanyLekarz are for that and they do it better, because it is their product.
If the calendar in your own system is enough
Then stay with it. A second tool is only worth it when you can name the thing the first one will not let you do.

Questions
Is this a medical device or a records system?
No. It is a calendar. It holds no health data, no diagnoses and no description of treatment - a service name in the calendar is a service name, not a diagnosis. The boundary is deliberate and it will not move later.
Will you sign a data processing agreement?
Yes - patient data is yours and Appointomat is only a processor acting on your behalf. The document is published together with the list of subprocessors and where the data is held.
What if I have two practitioners?
The clinic plan covers up to four. Each has their own schedule, their own working hours and their own visibility - a patient books with a particular person rather than with the practice.

Start with your own week
Create an account, enter your working hours, and mark which of them a patient can see. The first ten practices pay nothing for six months.
