A calendar that works for you, not for a marketplace

You decide which hours a patient can see. Confirmations and reschedules travel by link, and nobody charges you for a patient you already have.

The calendar, the booking page, reminders and the waiting list all work today. Anything still being built carries its own label on this page, on each such feature separately.

Monday, working hours

Visibility belongs to the block, not to the whole day.

Who it is for

For a practice whose problem is not a shortage of patients

A directory sells you new patients. With a full schedule that solves a problem you do not have. These three are real.

Some hours cannot be public

A patient midway through a course of treatment, who has to be fitted in somewhere, matters more than a stranger from the internet. Publishing a booking page cannot mean giving away the whole week.

Confirmations take the evening

One message per patient, copied out of the calendar after the last visit, every week. A slip costs an empty hour the next day.

A cancelled hour stays empty

An hour given back in the evening is worth whatever you manage to do with it. There is usually no time to ring round the waiting list, so nothing happens.

The features below exist for those three things. The rest of the calendar is what you would expect: a day and week view, a patient record, services with a length and a price, and an export to file.

Features

Five things the whole week stands on

Planned, not built yet

And three that do not exist yet

These three do not work. They are here because their order is open to discussion, and there is still only a handful of practices, so each one genuinely moves what gets built next.

Planned, not built yet

Closing gaps in the day

When an hour is left between two visits, the patient booked later is asked whether they would rather come in earlier. Asked, never moved, and always earlier - the other direction would be your schedule repaired with somebody else's afternoon.

Planned, not built yet

A booking limit after no-shows

After a set number of no-shows the patient's link stops showing free slots and asks them to call. They stay your patient, and the hour stops disappearing without warning.

Planned, not built yet

A hold on the card

A hold, not a deposit: the money does not change hands. You set one percentage of the visit price for the whole practice - zero means off - and the system holds that amount shortly before the visit and releases it when the patient arrives. It is only taken when they do not.

Getting started

One afternoon, and it does not have to be one sitting

The wizard asks three questions. The rest you set up on the screens you will be opening every week anyway - so you learn them now rather than twice.

  1. Create an account

Email and password, then the name of the practice and the address your booking page will live at.

  2. Enter hours and services

Working hours once for several weekdays at a time, marking as you go which blocks a patient can see. A service is a name, a length and a price.

  3. Publish the booking page

It works immediately, at your own address, and we do not hide it from search engines. You put the link in your Google Maps listing, on your own site and in your text signature - and from the first appointment onwards, confirmations send themselves.

Price

29 PLN net per month

The first year is priced to cover its own costs and nothing more. Monthly, cancel any time, because the whole argument is "this pays for itself" and a twelve-month contract would say I do not believe it either.

Who is behind it

One person builds this, and it is the same person you talk to

There is no support queue and no account manager to pass it on. When something breaks, you write to the person who wrote the code.

Who builds this
  • The plan is public and it has an order. Practices from the first year move that order - not everything at once, but what comes next.
  • A call once a month about what gets in the way and what should be built next.
  • And a limit, said plainly: this is the shape of a practice, not the shape of medical records. Clinical documentation will not be here, today or later - it is a different product and a different class of regulation.

This applies to practices starting before the end of 2027. At a hundred practices the same sentence would stop being true, so it carries a date, exactly like the price.

Questions

The questions that come up most

Is this another marketplace where patients will find me?

There is no directory, no ranking and no commission per booking, and there never will be. But new patients can arrive this way: your booking page sits at your own address, it is public, and we do not hide it from search engines. You put the link in your Google Maps listing or on your own site, and somebody who finds you there books without ringing. The difference from a marketplace is not whether new patients come - it is whose channel they come through. Here it is yours, so nobody can sell them back to you later.

I already have a records system. Do I have to give it up?

No. Appointomat does not keep medical records and will not - that is a different class of regulation and a different product. You stay on your system and move the calendar here. So the second calendar cannot book you into a taken hour, Appointomat reads busy time out of it.

Do I have to publish the whole week?

No. Visibility belongs to a block of working hours. Monday mornings can stay yours, while the rest of the week is bookable by anybody with your link.

Does the patient have to install anything or create an account?

No. Everything happens through a link in a text or an email: confirming, rescheduling, cancelling and accepting an offer of a freed hour. The link covers one appointment and stops working with it.

How long does it take to set up?

Working hours and services take about fifteen minutes, because you enter them once for several days at a time. Patients come in from a CSV file, if you can get one out of the system you use today. After that you have a booking link and can send it to anybody. The whole walkthrough is on “How it works”.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You export patients and appointments to a file, whenever you like, without asking anybody. Erasing a patient's data is a separate button, because the GDPR requires both.
